To change your plan at any time, go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan, select the plan you want, and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing period.FAQ

When you sign up, you automatically get 30 days of full Growth features — unlimited templates, advanced analytics, remote task verification, granular permissions, and SSO. The trial supports up to 10 locations. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue; your data and configuration are preserved regardless of which plan you select.

Yes. Supa is available on iOS and Android. Frontline staff use the mobile app to complete checklists, action tasks, and submit incident reports. The app is lightweight and designed to run smoothly on any smartphone, including older or lower-end devices. Managers and admins can also use the web dashboard for configuration and reporting.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so you retain current-plan features until then.
How is per-user billing counted?
How is per-user billing counted?
Billing on the Growth plan is based on active users during the current billing period. A user is considered active if they have logged in at least once during the period. Deactivated users — those you’ve removed from your organization or set to inactive — are not counted. You can review active user counts at any time in Settings > Billing.

Monthly plans have no minimum commitment — you can cancel or change your plan at any time. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment but come with a discounted rate. Contact the sales team or your account manager for annual pricing details.
