You can have your first GPS-verified checklist running at a real location in under 15 minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, configuring your organization, building a checklist, and reviewing your first completed submission — from account creation to photo proof on the dashboard.
Every new Supa account includes a 30-day free trial with full Growth plan features — unlimited templates, advanced analytics, remote task verification, and SSO. No credit card required. After 30 days, you can continue on the Free plan (up to 5 users and 3 templates) or upgrade to Growth at $6.99 per user per month.
1

Create your account

Go to app.allsupa.com/signup and sign up with your work email address. You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft SSO if your organization uses either.Your account starts on the Free plan, which supports up to 5 users and 3 checklist templates with unlimited locations and checks. Your 30-day Growth trial activates automatically so you can explore all features before deciding on a plan.
2

Set up your organization

After signing in, Supa asks you to configure your organization:
  1. Enter your company name — this appears on reports and in the mobile app.
  2. Add your first location — give it a name (e.g., “Store #1 – City Center”) and set its address. Supa uses the address to define the GPS geofence that staff must be within to submit checks.
You can add more locations at any time from Settings → Locations.
3

Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and add your team members by email address. Assign each person one of three roles:
RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull access — manage templates, locations, team, and billing
Area ManagerView and monitor multiple locations; receive escalation alerts
Location StaffComplete assigned checklists and tasks on the mobile app
Invited members receive an email with a link to download the Supa app (iOS or Android) and create their password.
4

Create your first checklist

Go to Checklists → New template. You have two options:Build manually: Use the checklist builder to add items one by one. Each item can require a text response, a numeric value, a pass/fail selection, or a live photo. Mark any item as critical to trigger automatic escalation if it is skipped.Generate with Supa AI: Type a plain-language description of what you want — for example, “Opening checklist for a coffee shop, including food safety, equipment, and display standards” — and Supa AI drafts a complete checklist in seconds. Review and adjust before saving.Give your template a name and save it. It is now ready to assign to locations.
5

Assign to a location

Open your new template and click Assign. Select one or more locations and set a schedule — you can configure a checklist to run once, daily, weekly, or on a custom cadence. Location Staff at the assigned locations will see the checklist in their Supa app immediately.
Start with one location for your first check so you can review a completed submission end-to-end before rolling out to your full network.
6

Complete a check on mobile

Ask a team member at the location to open the Supa app on their iOS or Android device. When they tap the assigned checklist:
  1. Supa checks their GPS coordinates against the location geofence. If they are not physically on-site, the checklist will not open.
  2. They work through each task in order. Items requiring a photo prompt the camera to open — they must take the photo live. Gallery uploads are blocked.
  3. Timestamps and GPS coordinates are automatically attached to every response.
  4. When all items are complete, they submit the check. The submission is immediately visible on your dashboard.
The Supa mobile app is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It is designed to run on any smartphone and works on low-bandwidth connections.
7

Review results on the dashboard

Log back in to app.allsupa.com and go to Checklists → Submissions. You will see the completed check with:
  • Every task response, with pass/fail or entered values
  • Live photos with embedded timestamps and GPS stamps
  • The submitter’s name, role, and the exact time of submission
  • A compliance score for the overall check
If any critical task was skipped, Supa will have already sent an escalation alert to the assigned Area Manager. You can also open Analytics to see this location’s compliance trend over time.
